2016 Grauburgunder, Oberrhein, Germany

Slightly matt orange to ochre yellow colour. Nutty and light vegetal notes on the nose, partly preserved stone and pomaceous fruit, light yeasty notes, hint of nut liqueur. Ripe fruit on the palate, nutty oak, hint of tobacco and rubber, dried vegetal notes, integrated acidity, slightly astringent tannins, slightly noticeable warm alcohol, more nutty oak on a good, creamy finish.
