Nutty,yeasty and light vegetal notes on the nose, yellow fruit, earthy and mineral notes, herbaceous and smoky traces. Slightlysweetish, partly candied fruit on the palate, lively acidity, light tannic grip, yeasty and smoky notes, delicate hint of bacon, light floral notes, good substance and persistence, some sugar candy in the background, lemony notes, slightly sweetish on a good to very good finish.
