A somewhat toasty aroma of ripe mixed berries and a little cherry with earthy, mushroom and nutty aromas, hinted at candy and chocolate and herbal nuances. Ripe, partly preserved, juicy, almost sweetish fruit, candy-nutty and slightly chocolaty tones, crumbly tannin, some smoke, bacon and salt, good persistence, warming alcohol, very good, again juicy, slightly compote-like and rather spicy finish
