2019 Südtirol / Alto Adige DOC Blauburgunder "Amantus", Alto Adige, Italy

Slightly floral scent with red berry aromas slightly reminiscent of rose hips, a little black berries and almondy traces. Clear, fine-juicy, almost cool, tart fruit, very fine tannin, nutty tones on the palate, persistent, has polish, then also some warmth, chalky and salty tones in the background, a trace of herbs, some bite, some depth, very good, tart-juicy and spicy finish, again with cool mineral notes.
