Relatively cool, slightly almondy, somewhat planty to herbaceous and hints of bacon on the nose, light yellow fruit with a hint of dark berries. Slender, sweetish fruit with a hint of dark berries, lively acidity, delicate grip, certain persistence, salty and chalky tones, good finish with herbal spice.
