Cool, delicately smoky nose, citrus and pomaceous fruit, nutty and spicy oak, vegetal notes. Clear, straightforward, finely juicy fruit, some nutty and smoky barrel tones and again fresh, vegetable notes reminiscent of celery and green asparagus, good persistence, fine acidity, delicately creamy, good to very good finish.
