Nutty, slightly yeasty and smoky-vegetable aroma with citrus and pome fruit aromas as well as slightly mushroomy and floral nuances. Again a little smoky-vegetable in the mouth, cool fruit with a noticeable acid bite and quite fine mousseux, herbaceous-vegetable and hints of floral aromas, a little mushroomy, lemony tones, hints of black berries, some grip, good to very good finish, again with a lot of bite.
