Slightly smoky and herbaceous, also yeasty aroma with restrained yellow fruity aromas, a little mushroom and bacon. Tart, juicy, quite dry fruit, nutty, smoky and also a little peppery spice, mushrooms and again a little bacon on the palate, medium-fine mousseux, some tannic grip, slightly muted, good, somewhat spicy, again also yeasty finish.
