Relatively cool, somewhat vegetal to herbal citrus-peach nose with bright floral nuances. Clear, bright, juicy, not quite dry fruit, lively acidity, some grip, yeasty and fresh vegetal notes, chalky and salty tones, a trace of yeast, moderate tannin, very good finish with some sweetness and again also noticeable acid bite
