Translate to English Kühler, getrocknet-pflanzlicher und leicht erdiger Duft mit Apfel- und Pfirsichnuancen, mit Luft dann auch deutlich Zitrusfrüchten, schwarzbeerigen Spuren sowie etwas Mineralik im Hintergrund. Relativ fest gewirkte, ein wenig süßliche Frucht im Mund, kräuterige Aromen, Spuren von Kapern und grünen Oliven, sehr feine Säure, gute Nachhaltigkeit am Gaumen, leicht salzige Mineralik, etwas Griff, guter bis sehr guter Abgang.
