Translate to English Zart florale und ziemlich gedeckt-hefige Kernobstnase mit nussigen und vegetabilen Tönen. Im Mund nussig-herbe, etwas zurückhaltende Frucht mit Zitrusaromen, kräuterige und unterholzige Noten, wieder Hefe, dadurch leicht rau und trocknend, relativ präsente Säure und gewisse Kohlensäure, etwas Nachhaltigkeit, im Hintergrund mineralische Anklänge, ordentlicher bis guter, unnötigerweise leicht süßlicher Abgang. Würde ohne den Zucker ernsthafter, geschlossener und straffer wirken.
