Eher einfach gestrickt, süße, etwas rustikale Frucht mit Honig und Kräutern, eingebundene Säure, das feine Sortenbitter schwingt im Hintergrund mit, zeigt etwas Substanz, leichte Zitrusnoten im süßen, ordentlichen Abgang.
