Fest and deeper, quite complex and fine scent of yellow fruits with nuances reminiscent of lemon verbena, seashells, nutmeg, and algae. Firm, noble, perfectly dry fruit with delicate floral and slightly herbaceous-plant aromas, lively, almost marbling acidity, has grip of ripe tannin, dense and persistent on the palate, good depth, spicy wood notes in the background, a hint of hazelnut, intense minerality, long, herbaceous-juicy finish with emphasis. Still seems completely aloof. Should age a little.

Best to drink: Mitte 2025 bis 2029+. What our ratings mean
