Cooler, firmer, deeper, and relatively more complex scent of yellow fruits with a hint of nutty-woody, smoky, and herbal to ethereal notes, pistachios, a touch of mushrooms, and noticeable minerality. Polished, firm fruit with noble juice, some creaminess and cool plant aromas, lively acidity, tender tannins, bright wood notes in the background, salty minerality, white pepper, and also a hint of shellfish, has depth and energy, very good, finely juicy finish with bite.
