Rich and deep, quite complex, somewhat nutty and finely herbal to slightly herbal nose of ripe yellow fruits with nuances reminiscent of meadow flowers, chanterelles, and crab meat. Polished, herbaceous, firm fruit with a touch of creaminess, a hint of forest berries and some smoke, fine acidity, ripe tannin, good substance and sustainability, some depth, nutty and spicy wood notes in the background, a hint of dried flowers and tobacco, distinctly chalky minerality, possesses strength, very good to long finish with grip and pull.

Best to drink: Mitte 2025 bis 2029+. What our ratings mean
