Smoky and somewhat dried plant-like to herbal scent of ripe black and also red berries with a hint of ethereal spice, forest floor, soy, and aged beef. Firm, juicy, ripe fruit, smoky and somewhat bitter chocolate wood, a certain acidity bite, fine sandy, ripe tannin, again plant-like-ethereal notes on the palate, salty in the background, slightly coffee-roasted, persistent, very good finish with bite and salt.
