Clear, quite polished, light pome fruit nose with restrained nutty and herbal nuances, floral traces, hints of nut butter and a touch of mushrooms. Fine, again rather bright, polished fruit, smoky and nutty aromas, again a hint of nut butter, relatively light wood, very fine acidity and moderate grip, salty-chalky minerality, lasting, firm construction, a hint of fennel, very good finish. Needs to mature a little.
