Firm, tart and deep, somewhat nutty and a hint woody bouquet with restrained, yet quite noble yellow fruity aromas, a little celery-like vegetal tones, hints of yellow spice, tobacco and clear minerality. Firmly woven, bright, tart fruit, nutty and vegetal aromas, very fine acidity, fine celery-like vegetal aromas, intense minerality, also grip, good depth, restrained power, very firm construction, cooling tones, some white pepper, very good, firm, tart-juicy finish with vegetal and again clearly mineral notes.
