Clear, firm, finely vegetal nose with restrained, light pome fruit and yellow fruity aromas, a hint of nuts, wild mushrooms and mineral notes. Clear, tart, finely juicy fruit, nutty and finely vegetal tones, polished acidity, delicately creamy, delicate grip, persistent on the palate, some depth, chalky and stony tones, some Brazil nut, certain freshness, very good, finely juicy and vegetal finish.

Editor note: Firm, tart and deep, somewhat nutty and a hint woody bouquet with restrained, yet quite noble yellow fruity aromas, a little celery-like vegetal tones, hints of yellow spice, tobacco and clear minerality. Firmly woven, bright, tart fruit, nutty and vegetal aromas, very fine acidity, fine celery-like vegetal aromas, intense minerality, also grip, good depth, restrained power, very firm construction, cooling tones, some white pepper, very good, firm, tart-juicy finish with vegetal and again clearly mineral notes.
