Taut, tart, delicately herbal nose with rather cool yellow-fruity aromas, nutty tones, light wood, hints of pepper and minerality with yeasty nuances. Tart, juicy, tightly knit fruit, nutty and moderately woody spice, lively, fine acidity, some tannic grip, quite clear, tart minerality, peppery-spicy nuances, lemon verbena, has power but also a certain coolness, very good, relatively firm finish. May mature a little.
