Quite firm, somewhat smoky, nutty and ethereal-herbal scent of yellow fruits with fine vegetal aromas and a hint of butter. Polished, tangy fruit with a delicate melt, fine acidity, has some grip, good substance and persistence, a certain depth, smoke, mushrooms and butter again in the background, hints of juniper and pepper, chalky minerality, hints of resinous herbs, a hint of Earl Grey in the very good, slightly smoky-woody finish.
