Quite firm, somewhat nutty citrus-stone fruit scent with melon traces, restrained, light, delicately smoky woody notes, a hint of caramel and tobacco. Ripe, tart, tightly knitted fruit, almost cool despite power, nutty and restrained woody tones, hints of vegetal on the palate, crumbly tannin and fine acidity, a trace of carbonic acid, good persistence, slightly noticeable alcohol, ethereal nuances in the background, salty hints, very good finish with delicate bitterness and lemony notes.
