Firm, cool and polished, fine pome fruit-citrus scent with light, somewhat nutty wood nuances, a little celery, pepper and very delicate planty and floral tones. Clear, polished, fine-juicy, tightly knit fruit, again nutty and also delicately smoky wood, very fine acidity, grip of crumbly tannin, lasting, still undeveloped, quite firm core, clear minerality, has freshness, bite and life, a hint of shellfish, good depth, very good, firm, tart-juicy finish with some yellow spice and grip.
