Firm and quite deep, noble bouquet with fine vegetal and yellow fruity aromas, dried sage, rocket, lots of resin and a hint of mushrooms. Taut, almost cool, firmly woven, again noble fruit, nutty and delicately smoky wood spice, vegetal and herbal notes, persistent on the palate, dense and quite deep, still undeveloped, noticeable salt and a little chalk in the background, floral nuances, has melting but also grip, quite complex, very good, juicy and finely spicy finish.

Best to drink: Mitte 2023 bis 2028+. What our ratings mean
