Firm, fairly cool nose, light smoky, nutty and herbaceous notes, ripe yellow fruit, hint of bacon, floral notes, prominent mineral notes. Firm, ripe, tart, juicy fruit on the palate, nutty, smoky and light peppery notes, light oak, hint of bacon, elegant acidity, integrated tannins provide grip, good persistence and substance, salty mineral notes in the background, still young, good depth, more smokyand floral traces on a very good, spicy, juicy, grippy finish.
