2016 Ihringen Winklerberg Hinter Winklen Chardonnay Grosses Gewächs trocken Gras im Ofen®, Baden, Germany

Slightly nutty citrus pome fruit scent with floral nuances, a hint of butter, hints of smoke, vegetal nuances and yellow spice. Tart and juicy fruit with nutty and smoky hints, slightly vegetal and floral tones, fine acidity, some candy, hints of yellow spice, delicate tannin, has power and melting, tart minerality in the background, traces of tobacco, very good, firm, tart and juicy finish, again with a hint of wax and candy.
