Firm and quite deep, delicately smoky, also a little dried-vegetable and hinted at nutty scent with restrained, tart yellow-fruity notes and some minerality. Ripe, juicy, again quite firmly knitted fruit, not completely dry, very fine acidity, some grip, dried-vegetable to herbal nuances, certain minerality, good substance and persistence, a hint of red and black fruits, very good, juicy finish with grip and again also minerality. Amazing basic quality.
