Firm, tart, slightly tobacco and smoky aroma with calm yellow-fruity notes, a hint of fennel, certain barrel tones and minerality. Ripe, firm, melting and at the same time bone-dry fruit, very fine acidity and moderate grip, again slightly tobacco barrel tones on the palate, persistent, nutty tones, quite dense and with a firm core, good depth, salty and smoky mineral foundation, very good, firm, concentrated, calm finish with emphasis.
