Firm and deep, noble aroma of ripe citrus fruits and stone fruits with partly Mediterranean herbal aromas, a little capers, smoke and clear, rather dark minerality. Firmly woven, juicy, yet tart fruit, nutty and very slightly tobacco aromas, very fine acidity, some grip, persistent, hints of ashy in the background, clear, again partly dark minerality, good depth, very good to long, firm, juicy finish with smoky and dried vegetal nuances.
