Firm, tart and very deep, delicately nutty and tobacco-like, also intensely mineral fragrance with restrained yellow-fruity aromas, hints of moss, mint and mushrooms, moderate barrel tones and clear, chalky and stony minerality. Ripe, concentrated, juicy fruit with highly refined acidity and animating grip, persistent and almost compact on the palate, a hint of fresh butter, nutty and fine vegetal tones, excellent substance and depth, delicate tobacco barrel notes, very deep, rather dark mineral foundation, smoky nuances, almost a little flint, long, tart-juicy, dense finish with grip, plenty of minerality and fine spice.
