Cool and yet deep, a hint of tobacco, tart nose with restrained, calm yellow-fruity aromas, peach skin, fine mushroom notes, floral nuances, hints of barrel notes and mineral nuances. Ripe, somewhat melting, yet very dry fruit, very fine, calm acidity and delicate grip, a hint of caramel on the palate, persistent, salty-mineral, good depth, very fine olive oil spiciness, elegant style, very good, firm finish, again with a certain melting and delicately aromatic-smoky notes.
