2017 Wachenheim Riesling VDP.Ortswein trocken "R", Pfalz, Germany

Firm, somewhat dried-vegetable, a hint of floral and still delicately yeasty scent with restrained yellow-fruity aromas. Quite firm yellow fruit with delicate yeasty and nutty tones, fine acidity, some grip, dried-floral hints in the background, good substance and persistence, delicate melting, clear, light minerality, some depth, still gaining juice with air, herbal nuances, very good, firm finish. May still mature
