Firm, deep and complex bouquet with yellow fruity, herbaceous and yeasty aromas, a little dark berries, bacon, dried mushrooms and clear minerality. Ripe, juicy, quite sweet fruit with hints of candy, fine acidity and herbal aromas, red berry on the palate, slightly floral, clear minerality in the background, persistent, certain warmth, good depth, still young, some touch of ripe tannin, peppery tones, very good, firm and complex, again relatively sweet finish with grip and bite. Gets better with air above ground.

Best to drink: 2022-2034+. What our ratings mean
