Dicht und saftig im Mund, ruhige, dabei strahlende Frucht mit feiner Kräuterwürze und intensiver, etwas erdiger Mineralik, hochfeine, lebendige Säure, tief und nachhaltig am Gaumen, vielleicht nicht völlig trocken, aber perfekt balanciert, hat trotz seiner Ruhe Spannung und Zug, kühle Art, trotz der erkennbar hohen Reife, sehr komplex, betörend, langer Nachhall mit Zug und Spiel.
