Clear, polished, quite fine yellow-fruity nose with some herbaceous-vegetable, mineral and still slightly yeasty notes. Tight, quite juicy, firm, not quite dry fruit, lively, fine acidity, grip and minerality, some smoke, yeasty notes, still a touch reductive, some depth, very good, sweetish-juicy and spicy finish with bite.

Best to drink: Mitte 2022 bis 2026+. What our ratings mean
