Translate to English Schon entwickelter, altholziger und etwas getrocknet-pflanzlicher Duft mit zurückhaltenden Kernobstnoten und erdigen Tönen. Kühl und herb im Mund, pflanzlich und wieder altholzig, erdig-mineralische Noten am Gaumen, feine, relativ präsente Säure, salzige Töne, ein wenig trocknender Gerbstoff, ordentlicher bis guter Abgang. Eigenwillig in seiner spröden, auch altholzigen Art, aber doch besser als zuerst vermutet.
