Translate to English Herbe und schon ein wenig stumpfe, gemüsige und erdige Nase mit Zitrus- und Kernobstanklängen. Auch im Mund herb, leicht würzig, erdig und vegetabil, präsente Säure, verhaltene Frucht, schon eine Spur gezehrt, merklicher, ein wenig nachtrocknender Gerbstoff, nussige Beitöne, gewinnt mit Luft ein wenig, klarer Sortencharakter, ordentlicher, wieder nachtrocknender Abgang mit zitronigen Noten.
