Translate to English Rauchiger und eine Spur selchiger Duft nach gemischten Beeren und einer Spur Roter Bete mit zarten Trockenkräuternoten. Relativ kühl im Mund, feinsaftige Frucht und leichter Säurebiss, ein wenig dunkel-röstige Holzanklänge, eher moderates, nur leicht trocknendes Tannin, gewisse Nachhaltigkeit am Gaumen, feinherbe Würze, mineralische Spuren, guter, relativ saftiger Abgang.
