Clear, polished, relatively noble nose, citrus pomaceous fruit, some herbaceous and vegetal notes, smoky, nutty and hint of tobacco aromas. Ripe, clear, tart fruit, nutty and smoky wood, again with hints of tobacco, fine acidity, restrained, crumbly tannin, certain power, some depth, chalky-salty minerality, very good finish with polish and tension.
