Vegetal, herbaceous and yeasty notes on the nose, partly bruised pomaceous fruit, light floral and perfuméd traces, some root vegetables and salad cucumber, eggs as well as nutty and earthy traces. Bone dry cool, light fruit on the palate, prominent yeasty notes, nutty aromas, more vegetal and earthy notes, elegant acidity, fairly prominent fine sandy tannins, still slightly astringent, olives in the background, hint of egg again, persistent and grippy, delicately creamy, good to very good finish.
