Light nutty notes on the nose, ripe yellow fruit, earthy and mineral notes, light oak, some butterscotch, spicy traces, hint of tobacco. Ripe creamy fruit on the palate, more nutty notes, delicate buttery traces and some caramel, fairly tranquil acidity, good substance and persistence, light oak, slightly noticeable warm alcohol, integrated tannins, hint of mushrooms in the background, umami, some yellow spice, root vegetables, sweetish touch in the background, tart mineral notes, light acid bite on a very good, slightly warm and creamy finish. Very characteristic tranquil style, not much fruit,should develop to be an excellent partner with food.
