Translate to English Fester Zitrus-Steinobstduft mit getrocknet-kräuterigen, etwas nussigen bis holzigen und zart rotbeerigen Aromen, ein wenig Hefe und recht deutlicher Mineralik. Reife, saftige, nicht ganz trockene Frucht mit Kandisnoten und ganz zarten, nussigen Holznuancen, feine, reife, lebendige Säure und mürber Gerbstoff, nachhaltig am Gaumen, griffig, etwas Tiefe, im Hintergrund Mineralik, auch kandierte Kräuter, hat Kraft, aber keinerlei Schwere, saftiger, relativ komplexer, wieder auch zart süßlicher Abgang.
