2020 Schliengen Sonnenstück Chardonnay Grosses Gewächs trocken, Baden, Germany

Quite deep, somewhat smoky and lightly woody, vegetal and a hint of tobacco with yellow fruity aromas, broccoli, mushrooms and a little yellow spice, slightly reminiscent of curry. Quite tightly knit, juicy, ripe, almost cool fruit, slightly nutty and yeasty tones, a hint of butter, very fine acidity, light wood notes, a hint of smoke, again also a little yellow spice, chalk and salt in the background, lasting, very delicately vanilla, very good, tight, fine-juicy finish.
