2020 Schliengen Sonnenstück Pinot Noir Grosses Gewächs trocken, Baden, Germany

Quite firm aroma of ripe black and red berries with cherry notes, a hint of pepper and slightly tobacco and fine dark chocolate wood spice. Ripe, juicy, noble, rather dark fruit, smoky, nutty and slightly tobacco aromas, some pepper, good persistence, quite fine, youthful tannin, some bite, good persistence, a hint of mushrooms and bacon, herbal tones in the background, has density and at the same time something light-footed, very good, firm, tangy and moderately toasty finish, again with dark ethereal spice.
