Very slightly developed, a hint of dried-vegetable scent of predominantly dark berries and wild mushrooms with a little coffee and a hint of juniper. Tart, juicy, again slightly developed fruit, smoky and slightly ashy wood spice, crumbly-sandy tannin, some bite, certain persistence, chalky-salty nuances in the background, sooty traces, a little herbs and tart nutty tones, very good finish that gains in juiciness and also freshness with air.

Editor note: Quite firm, tart, somewhat tobacco-woody aroma of ripe black and red berries with a hint of plums, aubergines, a little pepper and beetroot. Ripe, tightly knit, dark fruit, smoky and very slightly sooty notes, present, fine sandy tannin, a hint of bacon, some acidity bite, salty and chalky hints, some warmth, very good, tart, firm finish with dark fruit and wood spice.
