Warm, slightly fatty, malty and dried vegetable to herbaceous scent of red and black berries with cherry aromas and smoky and earthy tones. Rather juicy fruit with smoky, bacony and coffee-spicy wood aromas, lively acidity and fine sandy, rather crumbly, with air a little more drying tannins, floral, dried vegetal, nutty and chalky tones, a little pepper, very good, firm, juicy and smoky-spicy finish
