Recht herb, schlank und fein saftig im Mund, wieder Kräuter, etwas Zitronengras und eine Spur weißen Pfeffers, erdig-mineralische und helle nussige Anklänge, lebendige Säure, etwas Hefe am Gaumen, ordentlicher bis guter Abgang.
