2016 Sauvignon Blanc trocken Höhenluft, Württemberg, Germany

Cool nose, light grassy, vegetal and floral notes, citrus and pomaceous fruit, some elderberry. Clear, polished, elegant, juicy fruit on the palate, lively, elegant acidity, light tannic grip, touch of elderberry, hint of caraway seed, fresh vegetal notes, very delicately sweetish and creamy, fairly persistent, good to very good, fairly juicy finish.
