2015 Sauvignon Blanc trocken Fumé Blanc, Württemberg, Germany

Light nutty, spicy oak on the nose, some asparagus, yellow fruit, some stinging nettle, yellow spice and yeasty traces, some mushrooms, hint of tobacco. Sweetishh, slightly buttery fruit on the palate, light spicy oak, vegetal, earthy and yeasty notes, full-bodied, good persistence, elegant acidity, integrated tannins, still very slightly astringent, slightly noticeable warm alcohol, creamy, good finish, but rather soft and fuzzy due to the unnessary residual sugar.
