Clear, fairly tranquil nose, nutty notes, ripe, partly candied yellow fruit, hint of tobacco, fairly prominent mineral notes. Clear, polished, sweetish fruit on the palate, elegant, lively acidity, delicate yeasty and fresh vegetal notes, hint of tobacco in the background, fairly prominent mineral notes, good persistence and substance, touch of sugar candy, earthy notes, acid bite, fairly firm, good to very good sweetish finish with tart mineral notes.
