Nutty, hinted smoky and slightly herbal, with a scent reminiscent of spinach, core fruit and citrus aromas. Clear, quite juicy, somewhat sweet fruit, fine, relatively lively acidity, smoky and nutty wood notes, moderate grip, a certain creaminess, fine vegetal aromas on the palate, good substance and sustainability, a hint of popcorn with butter, hinted vanilla and tobacco, bitter mineral undertones, very good, again slightly sweet finish.

Editor note: Nutty and somewhat vegetal core fruit aroma with slight tobacco and earthy nuances. Ripe, melting, slightly sweet fruit, smoky, tobacco, and nutty tones, fitting acidity, a bit of grip from crumbly tannin, certain strength and sustainability, in the background salt, a hint of nut butter, plant notes, very good, slightly warm, again a hint of sweet finish with some pressure, wood spice and slightly drying tannin.

Editor note: Relatively cool, somewhat vegetal to herbaceous and almondy nose with pomaceous and stone fruit notes and nuances reminiscent of mushrooms. Clear, slightly sweetish, a little nutty fruit with delicately creamy and a hint of red berries, lively acidity, has some grip and persistence, hints of citrus zest and butter, slightly vanilla wood notes in the background, very good finish with a hint of yellow spice.
